Arbil, 02 de noviembre (AKnews) - Por primera vez, el sistema MasterCard ha sido oficialmente activa a través de un banco iraquí y es accesible en todo el país y la región del Kurdistán, revela un funcionario del banco local.

"Nos las arreglamos para conseguir que el sistema MasterCard a Irak y la región del Kurdistán, de la cual la gente puede obtener beneficios a través de la utilización del sistema en todo el mundo.MasterCard se utiliza en todas las naciones desarrolladas de todo el mundo, principalmente en Europa y Estados Unidos ", dice Mohammed Dlair, el Director General de Warka Bank en la región del Kurdistán, en el Kurdistán News Agency (AKnews). "Si una persona es dueña de MasterCard en el Kurdistán y viajes al extranjero que él o ella no necesita tomar dinero a lo largo, y si alguien de Europa posee esta tarjeta, entonces no hay necesidad de traer dinero en efectivo a Irak", explica Mohammed. La tarjeta funcionará en todo el Iraq y el sistema será puesto a todos los bancos, los lugares públicos, supermercados y centros comerciales, se informa.
"Este sistema tendrá un impacto positivo en la economía en la región del Kurdistán e Irak, en general," menciona Haval Rahman, Secretario de Economistas del Kurdistán Syndicate, a AKnews.

"If a person owns MasterCard in Kurdistan and foreign travel that he or she need not take money over, and if anyone in Europe has this card, then there is no need to bring cash to Iraq," explains Mohammed. The card will work throughout Iraq and the system will be put to all banks, public places, supermarkets and malls, is reported.
"This system will have a positive impact on the economy in the region of Kurdistan and Iraq, in general," mentions Haval Rahman, secretary of the Kurdistan Syndicate of Economists, a AKnews.
