Dieron a conocer a todos, y por declaraciones de funcionarios en el gobierno iraquí y las personas involucradas en los asuntos económicos, el Banco Central de Iraq y el otro en serio la cuestión de la eliminación de ceros en dinares iraquíes, que ahora es igual a su valor (menos de fils) en comparación al valor anterior ($ 3.1).

Según lo mencionado por los círculos, que el propósito de este procedimiento es deshacerse de las cantidades de papel moneda de comercio son muchas en efectivo.

Por lo tanto tenemos un panorama más claro, que el propósito de dejar la mayor parte dinar iraquí a recuperar de forma automática y en función de lo que es propiedad del Banco Central iraquí de reservas estratégicas de oro y una canasta de monedas extranjeras, es dar más espacio y más tiempo para la renuencia de la adquisición de los dinares iraquíes y no aceptados por las instituciones de la banca y los bancos de Asuntos Exteriores, y de esta manera la moneda dinar sigue siendo débil y no deseable, lo que significa la dependencia de la economía iraquí, las principales monedas del mundo, que refleja una forma de dependencia económica.

Una de las razones para el cambio (alta y baja) el poder adquisitivo de la moneda es el grado de la demanda, la demanda se ha hecho mayor (un bien escaso es equivalente al resto de las mercancías) y así aumentar su poder adquisitivo.

Tzkirandma y poner la moneda única الأورپي Unión - el euro - son el valor nominal preestablecido, que es igual a ($ 1.18) y no soltó a merced de otras monedas.

Los factores que afectan el valor nominal y el poder adquisitivo de la moneda, un poco de material de concreto y algunas otras importantes, pero se tiene un impacto material muy de la siguiente manera: -

1 - reserva directa estratégica de oro y una canasta de monedas extranjeras.

2 - indirecta, las reservas estratégicas, que incluye los recursos naturales y las ramas de la economía en auge y la infraestructura desarrollada.

3 - factor psicológico, y aquí me refiero a muchas áreas, incluyendo un ejemplo de comportamiento y la actividad de algunos mayoristas que se niegan a vender sus productos en dinares iraquíes para que los grandes minoristas, así como con los minoristas en Karbala y Najaf, que venden sus productos a visitantes extranjeros (y visible visible en el dólar).

Debido a esa actividad, lo que indica una falta de conciencia y el egoísmo de los comerciantes iraquíes en la forma de respetar la moneda de su país y considerado uno de los símbolos de la soberanía nacional, y aquí echarle la culpa a la Secretaría de Hacienda, que no tomar decisiones y medidas disuasorias que impidan el fenómeno del comercio de divisas en el mercado iraquí y cuando deje este fenómeno aumentará la demanda del dinar iraquí y la moneda escasea, y no sólo aparecen ceros, aunque los ceros se eliminado, no afectará de forma significativa el tiempo que el proceso de dolarización de la actividad económica interna continúa.
