especular dando fechas y precio de dinares

estimados amigos. es un delito decir con certeza que el dinar va a subir tal dia y a tal precio. todo comentario tiene que ser apuntado como especulativo y no de ser uno seguro por que si fuera asi seria un delito federal como lo hizo martha stuard de los productos que se venden en kmart y demas establecimiento ya que dijo con certeza que sus ventas habian subido cuando no era cierto y todo fue para vender las acciones junk a un precio de preferencial. asi paso aqui en puerto rico con el banco doral cuando los hermanos levi dijeron que sus ganancias eran bien estables y altas y ocaciono que muchos puertorriquenos perdieran millones cuando todo salio a luz ya que las acciones creo que bajaron a menos de .50 centavos cuando muchos habian comprado miles. estos se salieron con las suyas pero perdieron el banco que tenia valor en el mercado por varios cientos de millones de dolares. es ilegal decir con certeza que el dinar subira a tal precio y mucho menos tal dia ya que esto ocacionaria que muchos fueran a comprar muchos mas. si se puede llegar a especulaciones por noticias y demas pero decir que tal dia es un delito por que no solo estariamos afectando la venta de los dinares sino la bolsa de valores americana ya que seria una mentira la cual ocaciona perdidas en inversiones distintas a las de divisas. por eso es que el sr jame con mucho respeto dice bien claro es de alto riesgo y no son seguras por que el conoce las leyes y solo opina a base de las noticias aun el o cualquiera sabiendo imformacion privilegiada no puede decir nada asi por eso es que muchos en los estados unidos que venden dinares se pasan diciendo hora y fecha pero solo hacen para que la gente salga corriendo a comprarles.devemos ser confianbles en nuestros comentarios y lo mejor es discutir las noticias que salen en periodicos y noticias que salen en el internet para no buscarnos problemas legales en violaciones de leyes. gracias

OJO, Cuentas en Warka Bank: From American Contractor
American Contractor, May 3/11

In reference to al-Warka Bank, the only update I have in regards to them is that the bank is telling depositors that they (al-Warka) are still waiting on a loan from the State Bank Rafidain for the huge influx of cash to assist the bank with liquidity. As it stands right now, they have no cash and have been suspended from any trading on the ISX. They have shut down operations and bank employees have told me that they have not been paid in over two months.

There has been mention that there will be an upcoming merger with a British bank. Word of advice, don’t place a lot of faith in the merger. Dr. Shabibi is unwilling to sign off on any new bank licenses at this time.

Right about now, I would not put even Monopoly money in any Warka account.....

Tal como está ahora, no tienen dinero y han sido suspendidos de cualquier negociación en el ISX. Se han cerrado operaciones y los empleados del banco me han dicho que no se han pagado en más de dos meses.

Se ha hablado de que habrá una próxima fusión con un banco británico. Un consejo, no ponga mucha fe en la fusión. Dr. Shabibi no está dispuesto a firmar de las licencias nuevo banco en este momento.

Re-denomination Revaluation Report has been completed by the
