Según lo que entiendo:

1. Aquí no hay un anuncio de que HUBO RV. Lo que dice es que la habrá allá.
Ahora, hago un paréntesis porque según la sintáxis, se establece que será hoy, pero cabe la posibilidad de que él haya querido decir que Maliki habló hoy. O sea, hay dos posibilidades:

a) He has stated that today the IQD....
b) Today he has stated that the IQD....

Dos escenarios que hacen gran diferencia. Análogamente, por eso los maestros insisten en la importancia de la coma y dónde la colocas.
ej. matarlo, no perdonarlo! vs. matarlo no, perdonarlo! Una coma hace la diferencia entre la vida o la despedida.

2. Lo que Maliki habló y si lo habló fue en público a su pueblo. No hay detalles de que los medios estuvieran.

3. Dio a entender que el nuevo "rate" saldría hoy.

Como expresé en otro "thread", es posible que ésto haya pasado. Que sea un preámbulo para lo que viene, pero invisible para nosotros (o el resto del mundo) hasta........¿el domingo?.

Lo que quiero decir es que no porque no vimos lo que esperábamos ver, es necesariamente falso el rumor.

Estoy 1000% de acuerdo contigo amigo! Jamas , jamas , jamas pero jamas un pais que vaya a reevaluar su moneda lo va anunciar como dicen que lo hizo Mailki. Por favor, en que mundo de fantasias estamos viviendo? Son rumores para beneficios de unos cuantos solos. La reevaluacion saldra de la noche a la mañana y no habra nunca un anuncio como tal antes de que se de. Esto , como dice el compañero Chiroone , dañaria el mercado de divisas ya que todos los especuladores incluyendonos a nosotros correriamos a comprar todos los dinares posibles que pudieramos y el propio James Mendez dejaria de vender inmediatamente.

Discrepo de tí porque es un viejo hecho conocido que los medios le han dicho al pueblo de Iraq que guarden sus dinares porque "muy pronto" aumentarán de valor. Si eso no es un anuncio de RV, entónces qué es?
Como dije, yo no estoy en Iraq, por lo tanto sería un estúpido si me pongo a asegurar que el rumor no es cierto.

5 años de Plan de Desarrollo de Irak se queda atrás la Lista
En 2009, Irak anunció su Plan Nacional de Desarrollo para el período 2010-2014. Se incluye casi $ 200 mil millones en gastos de diversificar la economía, crear puestos de trabajo, y sustituir la economía estatal con un capitalista. En apenas su segundo año sin embargo, el programa se ha retrasado.

En noviembre de 2009, después de Irak ministro de Planificación, Ali Baban anunció los 5 años de Plan Nacional de Desarrollo. Se basa en la construcción de petróleo del país, la electricidad, la agricultura y la industria. Sus objetivos fueron la diversificación de la economía para que el sector privado, más que el Estado estaba en la delantera. $ 186 000 000 000 iba a ser dedicado a 2.700 proyectos, que se supone que crear 3-4.500.000 nuevos puestos de trabajo. Tan pronto como se anunció el plan fue criticado por su falta de especificidad.

23 de mayo de 2011 se informó de que el gobierno central estaba enfadado con la lentitud de su plan de desarrollo. Se dice que hay algunos proyectos importantes que estaban detrás de lo previsto. La corrupción y la ineficiencia del gobierno fueron citados como las razones. Aquellos proyectos que no se pegue a sus líneas de tiempo se va a tener su corte de financiación, y se entregó a los gobiernos provinciales en la que residían. El Banco Central de Irak fue citado diciendo que la tasa de crecimiento fue "vergonzoso". El retraso significa que el plan de 5 años tuvo que ser revisado.

Teniendo en cuenta todos los problemas que existen dentro de la economía estatal de Irak, que debería haber ninguna sorpresa de que su plan de 5 años que tienen problemas. Muchos grandes, de varios millones de dólares los proyectos que fueron anunciados en los últimos años han fracasado, y el sistema legal de Iraq sigue siendo unaccommodating a la inversión exterior. "Doing Business 2011" del Banco Mundial, informe, por ejemplo, Irak había puesto 166 de 183 países en la facilidad de hacer negocios. Señaló que para obtener un permiso de construcción necesarios 14 pasos que tuvo un promedio de 215 días para terminar, que la importación y exportación de materiales era difícil y costoso, y que el crédito era difícil de conseguir.

Según lo que entiendo:

1. Aquí no hay un anuncio de que HUBO RV. Lo que dice es que la habrá allá.
Ahora, hago un paréntesis porque según la sintáxis, se establece que será hoy, pero cabe la posibilidad de que él haya querido decir que Maliki habló hoy. O sea, hay dos posibilidades:

a) He has stated that today the IQD....
b) Today he has stated that the IQD....

Dos escenarios que hacen gran diferencia. Análogamente, por eso los maestros insisten en la importancia de la coma y dónde la colocas.
ej. matarlo, no perdonarlo! vs. matarlo no, perdonarlo! Una coma hace la diferencia entre la vida o la despedida.

2. Lo que Maliki habló y si lo habló fue en público a su pueblo. No hay detalles de que los medios estuvieran.

3. Dio a entender que el nuevo "rate" saldría hoy.

Como expresé en otro "thread", es posible que ésto haya pasado. Que sea un preámbulo para lo que viene, pero invisible para nosotros (o el resto del mundo) hasta........¿el domingo?.

Lo que quiero decir es que no porque no vimos lo que esperábamos ver, es necesariamente falso el rumor.

Estoy 1000% de acuerdo contigo amigo! Jamas , jamas , jamas pero jamas un pais que vaya a reevaluar su moneda lo va anunciar como dicen que lo hizo Mailki. Discrepo de tí porque es un viejo hecho conocido que los medios le han dicho al pueblo de Iraq que guarden sus dinares porque "muy pronto" aumentarán de valor. Si eso no es un anuncio de RV, entónces qué es?
Como dije, yo no estoy en Iraq, por lo tanto sería un estúpido si me pongo a asegurar que el rumor no es cierto.

The RV has been released! Reported by Okie that US Troops are exchanging in the "Green Zone" at $5.25. Expect it to be released to the US banks with their weekend update and show on forex at Sunday opening. Banks and dealers will be ready to exchange on Monday. Our rate may be different here in the US. Will know on Sunday.

I'll report when more info is available, along with some exchange suggestions.

There is much speculation in fact that the 5.25 rate "Could" be British Pounds... unclear at this time. Watch for more soon... We will bring it as we get it and vett it! As always! As Promised! As Expected! I'll be chasing the story until I hit the wall or satisfaction... as usual, and so far... we are looking very GOOD! I just got THE call!!!!

The RV has been released! Reported by Okie that US Troops are exchanging in the "Green Zone" at $5.25. Expect it to be released to the US banks with their weekend update and show on forex at Sunday opening. Banks and dealers will be ready to exchange on Monday. Our rate may be different here in the US. Will know on Sunday.

I'll report when more info is available, along with some exchange suggestions.
