Important info/advice for thread starters. POR FAVOR LEAN Y APLIQUEN!!!!

Some of you have been putting out some great info in the Noticias Forum, and for that we commend and thank you.

However, from Forum Posting 101.........

Noticias is an EXTREMELY critical forum, and along with the need for links, as most of you know, I will add the following:

Do your homework. Take the time and see if what you are going to post hasn't already been posted. This is to avoid duplication, and also as a courtesy to both the moderators and to the member who has already taken the time to start a thread before you on the same subject. If you wish, just add to the existing thread, if there is one.

Speaking of adding to a thread.......

If there is already an existing thread about a subject, like the Hydro-Carbon law, then add to it. There is no need for a new thread every time an update comes in. That happens almost daily. Take the time, do some research, find the thread, and add to it.

Also, just because it is news, and in another forum, does not mean it needs to be posted. Not all news is critical to our investment. If PM Maliki cuts himself shaving, it does not mean a thread needs to be started.

Guys, everyone wants to be first with the news, but use good judgement. Be courteous to your fellow members.

Quality is better that quantity, especially here. People come here sometimes with very little time to spare. They do not want to have to go through a mess to find good info.

I offer this advice because there is entirely too much clutter in the most important forum we have and little by little there will be some house cleaning and with some hurt feelings as a result.

Gracias Lurker y secundo el pedido. Esto es un tema que se ha tratado ántes, pero es frustrante seguir viendo desorganización por no pasar trabajo. A veces creo que hay competencia a ver quién postea más noticias o quién la trae primero.....aunque sea "bogus info".

It never ceases to amaze me how some of you persist in trying to make a mess of things here, whether intentionally or not.

We are in monumental times, with world changing situations possibly days or hours away, yet some of you persist in inundating the board with useless or repetitive topics or killing perfectly good threads with rude or useless commentary.

Seriously, when this thing goes down, and it will, my sincerest advice is for some you use your newly acquired wealth to invest in social skills lessons (manners).

Nunca deja de sorprenderme cómo algunos de los que persisten en tratar de hacer un lío de cosas aquí, ya sea intencionalmente o no.

Estamos en tiempos monumentales, con las situaciones cambiantes del mundo, posiblemente, días u horas de distancia, sin embargo, algunos de ustedes persisten en inundando la placa con temas inútiles o repetitivos, o matar a las discusiones en perfecto estado con comentarios groseros o inútil.

En serio, cuando esta cosa se cae, y lo hará, mi más sincero consejo es para algunos utilizar su recién adquirida riqueza para invertir en las clases de habilidades sociales (modales).


Y PARA HACERLO MAS SERIO Y CRIMINAL...EL TOQUE PERFECTO..
