Resolution 1956 (2010) of 15 December 2010

Para. 6: requests the Secretary-General to provide written reports on an ongoing basis to the
council every six months, with the first report due no later than 1 January 2012, about the United Nations compensation fund, evaluating the continued compliance with the provisions of
paragraph 21 of resolution 1483 (2003).

The report of the Secretary-General is expected to be issued by 31 December 2012

Letter from the Council President to the Secretary-General of 30 June 2006 (S/2006/469)
Takes note of the intention of the Secretary-General in his letter dated 28 June 2006
(S/2006/468) to report, pursuant to resolution 1284 (1999), on compliance by Iraq with its
obligations regarding the repatriation or return of all Kuwaiti and third-country nationals or their remains and on the return of all Kuwaiti property every 6 months.

The report of the High-level coordinator is expected to be issued in December 2012.

The members of the Security Council supported the Secretary-General’s recommendation to
extend the financing of the activities of the High-Level Coordinator for a further period of six
months in order to continue to build upon recent increased momentum towards the full
implementation of paragraph 14 of Security Council resolution 1284 (1999).

The financial arrangements for the activities of the High-level Coordinator will expire on
31 December 2012.

Para. 6: pide al Secretario General que informe por escrito en forma permanente a la
Consejo cada seis meses, con la primera memoria debida antes del 1 de enero de 2012, sobre el Fondo de Compensación de las Naciones Unidas, evaluando el cumplimiento continuo de las disposiciones de la
párrafo 21 de la resolución 1483 (2003).

El informe del Secretario General se espera que sea emitido por 31 de diciembre 2012

(S/2006/468) que informe, de conformidad con la resolución 1284 (1999), sobre el cumplimiento por el Iraq de su obligación de repatriar o devolver a todos los nacionales de Kuwait y de terceros países o de sus restos y sobre la restitución de todos los bienes kuwaitíes cada 6 meses.

El informe del coordinador de alto nivel que se espera que se publicará en diciembre de 2012.

Los miembros del Consejo de Seguridad apoyó la recomendación del Secretario General de
extender la financiación de las actividades del Coordinador de Alto Nivel para un nuevo período de seis meses, a fin de seguir construyendo sobre el impulso reciente aumento hacia el pleno aplicación del párrafo 14 de la resolución 1284 (1999).

Las disposiciones financieras relativas a las actividades del Coordinador de Alto Nivel expirará el 31 diciembre 2012.
